Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 1VIT website and services (the “Services”). “1VIT”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Services, whose company details are published in the footer of the website. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and AML and KYC Policy. They form part of these Terms.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
- You must give accurate, current information and keep it up to date. One person may hold one account.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password and any authenticator device secure, and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- We may refuse, restrict or close an account where the law requires it, where we cannot verify the information given, or where these Terms are breached. We do not offer the Services to people in places where doing so would be unlawful; we may change the list of those places at any time.
2. The Services
The Services give you a custodial account with a Main Wallet and plan wallets, the ability to deposit supported crypto assets (for example USDT on the networks shown on the deposit page), to place deposits into a plan of the 1VIT Crypto Growth Program, and to withdraw funds you are entitled to withdraw. Balances are records kept by us; they are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit-insurance or compensation scheme.
3. Plans
Each plan has a deposit range (a minimum and a maximum), a term, a payout schedule, and the terms on which its payouts are determined. These are published with the plan and form part of these Terms. The terms that applied when you made a deposit continue to apply to that deposit for its whole term, even if we later publish different terms for new deposits. A deposit outside a plan’s range is not accepted.
Payouts and returns are not guaranteed. Read the Risk Disclosure before you deposit.
4. Payouts and the release period
- A plan pays on the schedule published with it (weekly unless the plan says otherwise). A payout is credited to your plan wallet when we run the distribution for that week.
- A payout can be moved from your plan wallet to your Main Wallet only after 5 working days have passed since it was credited. Until then it is shown as held.
- “Working days” are Monday to Friday, counted in New York time, excluding any holidays we announce on the website.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals can be requested on working days (Monday to Friday, New York time). A request made on a Friday, or on the last working day before a holiday, is accepted and processed on the next working day. Withdrawals cannot be requested on Saturday or Sunday.
- You must have completed identity verification (see the AML and KYC Policy). Each withdrawal is confirmed with a code sent to your email and, if you have enabled it, your authenticator app.
- Funds can be sent only to a withdrawal address you have saved to your account. A newly saved address is held for 24 hours before it can be used.
- Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Check the address and network carefully; we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong or unsupported address. Network fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.
- We may delay, hold or refuse a withdrawal to carry out security, fraud-prevention or legal checks, or where the law or a competent authority requires it.
6. Referral program
- When a person you referred completes a deposit into a plan, you receive a commission of 3% of that deposit. When a person they referred completes a deposit, you receive 1% of it, and 1% again for the level after that — 5% in total across the three levels. This applies to each such deposit.
- The program has three levels: commission is paid on your direct referrals, their referrals and the next level after that, and never deeper.
- A commission is credited when the deposit completes and is released to your Main Wallet after 5 working days, like any other payout.
- Referring yourself, creating accounts to earn commission, or otherwise abusing the program is prohibited. We may withhold or reverse commission earned that way and may close the accounts involved.
- Referral commission is not a return on your own deposits; it depends on the deposits your referrals make.
7. Fees
We do not charge a fee for opening an account. Blockchain network fees may be deducted or shown when you deposit or withdraw. If we introduce any other fee we will publish it before it applies to you.
8. What you must not do
- Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose.
- Provide false information or documents, or use another person’s identity or account.
- Interfere with the Services, probe or attack them, or access them by automated means without our written permission.
- Attempt to obtain funds, payouts or commission to which you are not entitled, including by exploiting an error.
9. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend, restrict or close an account, and freeze balances, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where the law or a competent authority requires it, or to protect you, us or others. Where we are permitted to, we will tell you why. You may ask us to close your account; balances you are entitled to withdraw will be paid out subject to Section 5.
10. Errors
If a balance, payout or commission is credited in error we may correct it, including by removing the amount, and you must repay any amount you withdrew that you were not entitled to.
11. Our responsibility
We provide the Services with reasonable care, but we cannot promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (including blockchain congestion or failure, third-party outages and market movements), or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, for a material change, give notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it. A change does not alter the plan terms that already apply to a deposit you have made (Section 3).
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support contact published on the website.
