Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 1VIT website and services (the “Services”). “1VIT”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Services, whose company details are published in the footer of the website. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and AML and KYC Policy. They form part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility and your account

2. The Services

The Services give you a custodial account with a Main Wallet and plan wallets, the ability to deposit supported crypto assets (for example USDT on the networks shown on the deposit page), to place deposits into a plan of the 1VIT Crypto Growth Program, and to withdraw funds you are entitled to withdraw. Balances are records kept by us; they are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit-insurance or compensation scheme.

3. Plans

Each plan has a deposit range (a minimum and a maximum), a term, a payout schedule, and the terms on which its payouts are determined. These are published with the plan and form part of these Terms. The terms that applied when you made a deposit continue to apply to that deposit for its whole term, even if we later publish different terms for new deposits. A deposit outside a plan’s range is not accepted.

Payouts and returns are not guaranteed. Read the Risk Disclosure before you deposit.

4. Payouts and the release period

5. Withdrawals

6. Referral program

7. Fees

We do not charge a fee for opening an account. Blockchain network fees may be deducted or shown when you deposit or withdraw. If we introduce any other fee we will publish it before it applies to you.

8. What you must not do

9. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend, restrict or close an account, and freeze balances, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where the law or a competent authority requires it, or to protect you, us or others. Where we are permitted to, we will tell you why. You may ask us to close your account; balances you are entitled to withdraw will be paid out subject to Section 5.

10. Errors

If a balance, payout or commission is credited in error we may correct it, including by removing the amount, and you must repay any amount you withdrew that you were not entitled to.

11. Our responsibility

We provide the Services with reasonable care, but we cannot promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (including blockchain congestion or failure, third-party outages and market movements), or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, for a material change, give notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it. A change does not alter the plan terms that already apply to a deposit you have made (Section 3).

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support contact published on the website.
