Risk Disclosure
Last updated: September 2026.
Depositing into a 1VIT plan involves risk. You can lose some or all of the money you deposit. Read this page, the plan’s own terms and our Terms of Service before you deposit, and only deposit money you can afford to lose.
1. No guarantee
Payouts and returns are not guaranteed. Any figure, schedule or example shown anywhere on the website describes how a plan is set up; it is not a forecast or a promise, and past payouts do not predict future ones. A plan’s terms describe what we will pay under those terms — they do not remove the risks below.
2. No deposit protection
Balances held with 1VIT are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit-insurance, compensation or similar scheme. If we or a provider we rely on fail, you may not be able to recover your funds.
3. Crypto-asset risks
- Volatility and stablecoins. Crypto assets can change in value quickly. A stablecoin such as USDT can lose its peg or become impossible to redeem.
- Irreversible transfers. A blockchain transfer cannot be undone. Funds sent to a wrong or unsupported address or network are usually lost.
- Network problems. Congestion, high fees, forks or outages can delay or prevent deposits and withdrawals.
4. Operational and counterparty risk
We depend on third parties, including infrastructure, payment, email and identity-verification providers. Outages, errors, cyber-attacks or the failure of a provider could delay or prevent access to your account or your funds, or cause loss.
5. Timing of access to your money
- A payout is held for 5 working days after it is credited before it can be moved to your Main Wallet.
- Withdrawals are available only on working days (Monday to Friday, New York time); a Friday request is processed on the following Monday.
- Identity and security checks, or a legal requirement, can delay or stop a withdrawal.
- A plan runs for its full term. Funds you have deposited into a plan are not available on demand.
6. Legal and regulatory risk
The rules that apply to crypto assets and to programs like this one differ by country and change over time. A change in law, or action by an authority, could restrict or end the Services or your ability to use them.
7. Tax
You are responsible for any tax that arises from your deposits, payouts, commissions and withdrawals. We do not give tax advice.
8. Not advice
Nothing on the website is financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to deposit. Consider getting independent professional advice.
