AML and KYC Policy

Last updated: September 2026.

1VIT does not knowingly allow its Services to be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion. This policy summarises the checks we apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Identity verification (KYC)

2. Where funds may go

Withdrawals can be sent only to crypto addresses you have saved to your own account, and a newly saved address is held for 24 hours before use. You must not use the Services to move money for other people.

3. Monitoring

We monitor account activity and transactions for unusual or suspicious patterns, such as activity that does not fit your profile, deposits followed quickly by withdrawals with no apparent purpose, use of several accounts, or attempts to avoid our checks.

4. Sanctions and restricted persons

We do not provide the Services to people or organisations subject to applicable sanctions, or to people in places where we may not lawfully offer them. We may screen customers and transactions against sanctions and watch lists.

5. What we may do

Where we suspect, or are required to act on, unlawful activity we may ask for more information, delay or refuse a deposit, payout or withdrawal, suspend or close an account, freeze funds, and report to and cooperate with the competent authorities. In some cases the law does not allow us to tell you that we have made a report.

6. Records

We keep identity, verification and transaction records for the period the law requires, even after an account is closed.

7. Your part

Give us accurate information, keep it current, answer our requests promptly and tell us if your circumstances change. Delays in verification can delay withdrawals.
